Wow! No wonder I beat by Sunday lol. Oprah say "mothers have the hardest job in the world" So what's the best way to relieve all that stress. Take a hot bath Bloggers! Even 5 minutes helps relieves your sore joints of a week of nonstop work. We all have to care about yourself! My mom say the wife/or mother is head of the household without her the house will crumble. She is so right, not to long ago I injured my knee. I was on crutches for 2 long months and the demanding household was a mess. Ok blogger I have years of experience being a mother and NO ONE can do my job better, that is just a fact! I wouldn't go into a 5 star restaurant and try to take over the head chef's job. I just couldn't do it, so ya all know what happen to my house it crumbled. It has been 6 months since my injury and I'm still catching up! Mothers have the hardest job on earth and nobody can replace you, No one! That injury make me realize how important my role was and how my family depend one me for everything. I have to take care of myself because none but me, myself and I know what I need to make me feel better. I've decided to do what I needed to do to stay health; read articles and magazines, search the web and read books to help me. So now I am sharing it with you bloggers.

Its Sunday bloggers take a bath! A hot bath is an instant cure for fidgetiness, anxiety attacks, insomnia, depression, and headaches. Replenish your sprit; tie your hair up, put our IPods in your ears, light some candles, add some bath salts or essential oils, and relieve your self! You deserve it!

Count On Me Little Cuz! :)

Hi Bloggerland! Today I was inspired by my Little cousin. I wanted to show my little Cuz how much I love her and that no matter what I'll be here for her. She's been on my mind all day and then I came across this video. Whitney Houston & CeCe Winans - Count on Me! This video had me in tears, that is exactly how I feel. This morning I ask my Uncle to help me find a way to show his daughter, how I can show her she can count on me. He died a few year ago, but I believe he watches over us from heaven. Wow then I see this video, I know he heard me and guided me. Love is so powerful! Unconditional love is truly a blessing! My uncle loved us all that way and now we love each other the same way. I love you little cuz and you can count on me. When you succeed so do I, and anything I can do to help you will be a joy to me. Spending To Much Money

Hi Blogerland! How ya been?! Well I been busy work on some articles on health alternative! Why? Because I'm spending too much money on gas, bread, and everything else that when up. The gas is just draining your bank account. Ok bloggers I live in suburbs and now decided to move to City. I have no choose I have to spend less cash and I need to look good without the extra cost. Gym can't spend the money! Dermatologists, I can't even think of spend money on treatments. Health insurance is unreal $800 to over $1000 in payment a month for a my family! You get the point I need to look good for less! My Grandmother Used herb for cures and they work. My next blogs are going to be about how to look good and feel good the natural way.

Wow! I've had a few interesting days. Not good ones ;) But When It Rains IT Pours ;) I might be busy but that no excuse to not blog ;) So here are some funny jokes I got by email, enjoy Ya'll! :)

In line at the company cafeteria, Joe says to Mike behind him,
"My elbow hurts
like hell. I guess I'd better see a doctor."

"Listen, you don't have to spend that kind of money," Mike
replies.

"There's a diagnostic computer down at Wal-Mart. Just give it a
urine sample and
the computer will tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.


It takes ten seconds and costs ten dollars . . A lot cheaper
than a doctor."

So, Joe deposits a urine sample in a small jar and takes it to
Wal-Mart .

He deposits ten dollars, and the computer lights up and asks for
the urine
sample. He pours the sample into the slot and waits.

Ten seconds later, the computer ejects a printout:

"You have tennis elbow . Soak your arm in warm water and avoid
heavy activity.
It will improve in two weeks. Thank you for shopping @
Wal-Mart."


That evening, while thinking how amazing this new technology
was, Joe began
wondering if the computer could be fooled.

He mixed some tap water, a stool sample from his dog, urine
samples from his
wife and daughter, and a sperm sample for good measure.

Joe hurries back to Wal-Mart, eager to check the results. He
deposits ten
dollars, pours in his concoction, and awaits the results.

The computer prints the following:

1. Your tap water is too hard. Get a water softener. (Aisle 9)
2. Your dog has ringworm. Bathe him with anti-fungal shampoo.(Aisle 7)
3. Your daughter has a cocaine habit. Get her into rehab.
4. Your wife is pregnant. Twins. They aren't yours. Get a lawyer.
5. If you don't stop playing with yourself, your elbow will never get better!
